I founded F2 Functional Fitness in 2018 to create a truly personal and functional training environment where people of all fitness levels can reach their full potential. With over 20 years of experience and a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training, my passion lies in helping individuals— whether elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts or complete beginners —achieve their goals through tailored training and expert guidance.
My journey in fitness began in childhood as a competitive runner, where I developed a deep appreciation for discipline and performance. Strength training soon became an essential part of my routine and I later competed in figure competitions, earning a world championship third place. These experiences shaped my understanding of biomechanics, nutrition and injury prevention, reinforcing my belief in a holistic approach to fitness.
At F2, I offer personalized coaching and lead suspension classes designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance. I’m passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation, nutrition and stress management. I work closely with specialists at Walnut Grove Clinic to provide well-rounded support for my clients.
More than anything, I want F2 to be a welcoming and inclusive space where people feel supported in their fitness journey. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, aiming to improve performance or simply looking to live a healthier life, I’m here to help you every step of the way.
