INTRODUCTION TO SUSPENSION TRAINING

This 4-week programme is designed to provide you with an in-depth introduction to suspension training. With the aim of helping you take your fitness to the next level, these classes will allow you to build balance, strength and flexibility through suspension training.  The amazing Felicity Hind will be there to encourage you every step of the way and ensure you are doing suspension exercises with the right technique. 

 

Our next Introduction to Suspension Training programme is taking place in May.  Classes will be from 7pm-8pm every Tuesday (6th-27th).  The programme costs £26 in total.  If you are interested in taking part, please contact Felicity who can provide more detail and talk you through next steps.
