Kettlebells are cast iron or steel balls with handles attached to the top. They come in various sizes and, when used correctly, give an excellent full-body workout combining cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training.
Led by David, experienced Kettlebell instructor and the newest member of the F2 team, these exciting 45-minute classes will teach you how to use one of our favourite training tools to help build both your physical and mental strength.
