25 MINUTE COMBO WORKOUTS
Our busy, modern lives mean that we often find it difficult to put aside time to exercise. Jo created her 25 minute workouts to allow her clients to fit in effective workouts without taking up too much time. They are essentially very well-supervised HIIT workouts which help with weight management, health and overall fitness. These sessions offer those who attend a supportive community spirit which improves motivation and leads to great results.
