Emily has a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training and is a PT and fitness instructor for F2.  She runs suspension classes and 25 minute workouts and has a number of personal training clients.  She is very keen to increase her number of PT clients and help them to achieve their goals. 

Emily has always been passionate about health and fitness and cares deeply about ensuring her fitness sessions result in optimal gains.  She strives to help her clients achieve personal goals and, as a result, grow in confidence and improve levels of happiness.  

Emily is very aware that life nowadays is often hectic and that it can be difficult for people to find the time to fit in a workout.  Having experienced a very busy schedule herself, Emily has designed programmes which are manageable, enjoyable and proven to work.  She is happy to help clients with weight management, gaining lean muscle, improving fitness and strength and nutrition advice.  In her spare time Emily is very dedicated to her own fitness regime and loves workouts and lifting weights.
