WELCOME
The Functional Fitness (F2) studio in Portishead provides a unique boutique style training environment which offers personal training and small fitness classes. It is designed, staffed and equipped to help clients make real progress with individual fitness goals. It caters for clients at all levels from top sports performers to those new to a regular fitness regime. F2 staff are also able to support clients recovering from illness or injury.
Functional Fitness has always aimed to create a real community feel and welcome all its clients with a personal touch. Thanks to this approach F2 has been expanding its dedicated team and has recently moved to a larger, brand new bespoke and exciting space. Functional Fitness is ideally suited to those looking for help with training, nutrition, injury and motivation because it is truly dedicated to a holistic approach to fitness.
